Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition received
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used supplements or consumable nutrition products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges, contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.
